Ziziphus Jujuba - Natural Stress Relief Supplement

I have received this free to test and give my unbiased review on.My review is my own. Ziziphus Jujuba helps to promote a relaxing sleep for me this is key. I have had some issues with sleeping, for while and even took  some medication  prescribed by a Doctor for it but I stopped taking medication for this because I am trying to use natural products instead of prescriptions that have side effects to them. I don't advise going off of your medication without consulting your doctor first.The Ziziphus Jujuba, has a calming effect and just helps to settle me down. Have a lot on my mind at times, and this has helped a lot. Felt more rested and relaxed. It is nice to find something that works.
