This brand is by Life & Food brand, this is my first time trying this brand.There is no fishy after taste. It will help your heart and joints and help your circulation. I need that for sure I get cold easily a lot. Also my sleep doctor had said if you take Fish oil it can help you loose weight and stay fuller longer in the morning. So far so good with that. I am glad they are no after burps with this product. These Omega- 3 supreme are easy to swallow they have soft gelatin capsules. Also I love that these are made in America in good ole USA.
