Pure Peppermint Essential, is exactly that a essential to have in your household it has a lot of uses that you can use it for. I have used it as a mice deterrent, just use couple of drops on a cotton ball and it seems to keep them away. The smell of peppermint in the house is a bonus as well. Also it is very good for an upset stomach, just put a couple of drops in some water and it helps settle the stomach issues. I have taken it at night to help me sleep better as well. Also it is can be used to rub on aches and pains to help ease the pain away. If you have a cold or sinuses issues it can help with that just rub on the chest area and it will open up everything and help you breathe better.
