That helps probiotics to go when they need to go in your body to help protect you. I have been taking probiotics and they have really helped me. It has help me with constipation that I have as well as gas, as well helps with bloating too. It has also help increase my energy level which helps me to feel better. It is also shown to help your immune system as well with helping with weight loss. I like getting my probiotics this way , I used to have to get them with yogurt but the yogurt I had used was actually making me gain weight because of sugar in it.
