I have tried this out now and I can say this does help me out a great deal. I will say I wish the pillow was a tad bit firmer, just for added support . This pillow is made out of a soft memory foam and the memory foam does come back to it's orignal shape when it isn't being used which is great. It has help me keep my back straighter and helps me to sit more comfortable. I do wish also it had a different cover because this one tends to collect lint very easy.I received this item for free or for a discounted price for my honest opinion and my opinion is my own.
