Live Infinitely Foam Roller For Muscle ReliefT

I really like the Live Infinitely foam roller I got, it's  17 x 5 foam roller. This particular roller is made with a recessed channel  for my spine to be more comfortable and with less pressure on the spine. It's is really comfortable and is very easy to use. The foam they used on the roller gives a little but still holds it shape for support, it's not like the other foam rollers I have used before it. The other foam rollers were so hard it was rough to use, especially if you have tender spots that hurt already. I have found the Live Infinitely, doesn't hurt me to use it. I can use it and it helps me get my blood circulation moving  and helps me to stretch my back out. I use the Live Infinitely foam roller,up against the  door and use it under me to ease muscle retention and  I like to use it under my legs and feet.
