Magnesium Oil for Insomnia, Anxiety, PMS & More!

Magnesium Oil, I received to do a review on,  I will say I really like this product. I  began applying this product twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, not knowing if   I would be able to tell any difference or if I really needed any extra magnesium in my body. Apparently I have been needing it. I can say that I have had more energy as of late and also I seem to sleep through the night better as well. Also since I have been using this I haven't had any leg cramps, and with pins and plates in my legs that has been a huge relief.  When applying this  you can leave it on, which is what i do or if you have any itching you can rinse it off after 20- 30 mins, but I recommend letting it stay on because you will get more benefit out of it.
